Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into creating and delivering our dream home. It is a joy to live here and were excited to be able to watch our children grow up in house like this. We are so grateful for your knowledge, expertise and attention to detail {I think Jakub has met his match} that enabled the build to proceed so smoothly.

People we talk to cannot believe what a positive experience we have had. We always valued your opinion and trusted your judgement, but it was also great to be consulted in decisions along the way and be involved where possible { this meant a lot to us ] Your contractors were talented and provided quality services but your supervision really ensured the best results are consistently delivered.

We understand the amount of time and effort you personally contributed to our build and we thank you and your family so very much. Please know that you are always welcome in our home. no longer as “Rob the Builder” but as a valued family friend.

My wife and I have had two Perth residences built by Trilogy Homes in the past 8 years. The working Director Rob Pinna, his wife and family have become personal friends during that period. He set high standards for himself and tradesmen, supervising every aspect of the quality work in each of the residences. He has excellent interpersonal skills, establishing very good rapport with clients, offering sound advice and guidance where necessary. His building expertise was on display in our first 4 by 3 town house and this was carried over into a 3×2 triplex unit. We Decided to build a turn key investment of 3 units with Trilogy Homes and were very satisfied with the look, layout and overall finishes. From demolition of the old house, to the design of the project and then the construction, it was nothing but a positive experience which was completed beyond our expectations.

Every space on the whole block was utilised for the benefit of the overall design and layout. We extend our appreciation to Rob Pinna for making the whole process from demolition and concept to completion as stress free as possible.
